Order Processing Times

Every print order is a custom piece of art, individually printed and crafted for you. We don't keep stock of prints. Once payment has reflected in our bank account we'll get your order into production. It usually takes between 5 and 10 working days of production time before your order is ready to be shipped. This depends on our suppliers' load and the time of year (year-end may be slower). Photographic prints are quicker to produce than stretched canvas prints and framed prints. Calendars are dispatched within a day or two.

Delivery Target Times

Once your order has been custom made and packaged it will be shipped by one of the New Zealand Post services below. The quoted delivery target times are NZPost's estimates, however in practice it often takes longer than that due to any number of factors including customs and local mail at the destination country. 

We'll inform you on dispatch date that your order is on its way and send you the tracking information (unless it's sent via an untracked service).

We reserve the right to choose a different shipping agent at any time.

Free Shipping within New Zealand

That's right, Free shipping within New Zealand on all products and all quantities ordered. Always. We ship locally with CourierPost. Less expensive items, like calendars, are usually sent without needing to be signed for.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. Each order is crafted individually for you once your order is placed and payment has been processed and cleared. It can take up to two weeks before your order is ready to ship. This depends on our supplier's load and the time of year (year-end may be slower).
Calendars ship within a day or two.

Only to these destination countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Samoa, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, UK, USA, Vanuatu, Uruguay and Vietnam.

Delivery target time: 1–5 working days from shipping date.

NZPost International Air (105cm maximum length, No tracking available) 
Delivery target time: 3–10 working days from shipping date.
This is an economy service without any tracking available. So, if the package gets lost there's no way to find it. Not ideal for expensive items.
