We're confident that our products are crafted to the highest possible standard, both in-house and by our suppliers. We chose our suppliers very carefully and tested methods and materials until the best results were achieved. There's a lot of people involved in the process before an order is delivered to your door so, rare slip-ups can happen.
If your order is damaged or has a defect on delivery please contact us and let us know what the issue is and we'll send a replacement to you at our cost.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since you received the package we can’t offer you a replacement.
Shipping a Replacement to You
If we're shipping a replacement to you due to damage or defect, shipping is free. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please contact us if you've received a product that you feel is damaged or defective.
Almost everyone is delighted when they finally see their print order. However, some people find their expectations are harder to meet. If you don't like the product or you've changed your mind, you can return it to us for an exchange of the same value or a refund.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since you received the package we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. We can offer an exchange or refund only once per order.
Returning Goods to Us
The goods must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be undamaged and unmarked and in the original packaging.
Goods returned are to be shipped to us at your expense. We will not refund your costs to ship to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected we will issue you with a refund or you can exchange it for goods of the same value.
International Orders Shipping Costs
We cannot refund the shipping cost of your original order.
We do not refund customs, taxes, duties or other additional costs that you may have incurred during any transaction.
For exchanges you will need to pay for the new goods to be shipped to you.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for sale or clearance items.
